The Eiffel Square Office Building has a three-storey underground garage only used by tenants, without public parking possibility in the building. A manual car wash service on the -2 level of the underground garage will soon be available, primarily for tenants and other customers scheduled in advance.
A special feature of the underground garage is the recently installed digital parking system, thanks to which only pre-registered and authorised vehicles can enter the garage with barriers opening automatically and contactlessly, due to a license plate recognition camera system. The great advantage of the system is that it optimizes parking capacities and at the same time employee and guest parkings can be monitored efficiently, preventing unauthorized usage of the garage.
On the three garage levels there are totally 8 bicycle storages available for those arriving by bike, complemented by a modern changing room and a shower block for employees on the -3rd level.
