The Building


The Eiffel Square Office Building is not simply a modern crystal palace in the heart of Budapest's classic city centre next to the French-inspired building hall of the Western Railway Station, but it's rather a special microenvironment living its own life, and together with the prestigious green park beside the building, it creates a truly liveable and enjoyable work environment.


The lead designer was Finta and Partners Architect Studio, the developers of the investment were ConvergenCE and DVM Design.

The building was handed over in the spring of 2010.

The Eiffel Square Office Building includes 17,500 m2 office space, 3,300 m2 retail units, 2,000 m2 restaurant area, a 3-storey underground garage with a total of 352 parking lots and 4,800 m2 green park.


The office spaces provide an ideal environment for Hungarian affiliates of multinational companies, such as banks and other financial institutions, healthcare providers, tour operators, job brokers, IT development and technology companies. 

The location is also perfect for customer service type of operations.  

Along the street front and the passage at the park side there are many retail units located in the office building from restaurants to cafes, from beauty shop to grocery store.


The property management is provided  by Avestus Real Estate Kft. with a dynamic, dedicated management team already experienced at the Bank Center and also located there. The facility management and the technical maintenance of the building is provided in-house, by the experts of Smart FM Kft., a reliable partner of Avestus Real Estate Hungary Kft. True focus is on providing Tenants with property management and maintenance services at the highest possible quality standard.

The property management is at your disposal at the Bank Center (1054 Budapest, Szabadság tér 7. Platina II, 3th floor) on weekdays from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm., while the facility management is available on weekdays from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, on holydays and weekend on emergency duty via phone and e-mail contacts.
